The Challenge

Most AVD projects don't fail on the Azure configuration  they fail on the applications. Legacy software with awkward licensing, apps that were never designed for a multi-user session host, and unclear ownership of who tests what before go-live all turn a straightforward migration into a stalled one.

Without a structured application assessment up front, migrations run over budget and over schedule, and end users inherit a worse experience than the desktop they left behind.
