Enterprise Application Packaging and Deployment Services for Modern Workplace Transformation

The Application Packaging project accomplished the efficient packaging and deployment of software applications. Beginning with comprehensive analysis, we identified packaging requirements and compatibility considerations. In a recent AVD migration project, we moved a multi-application enterprise estate to Azure Virtual Desktop, including browser-based application publishing via Azure AD Application Proxy and RemoteApp delivery for line-of-business tools.

The project also covered a licence-server-dependent engineering application, requiring a Personal Host Pool configuration and secure access to an on-premises HASP licence server via Zscaler ZPA.

Careful application assessment up front meant every app was matched to the right delivery method full desktop, RemoteApp, or App Attach before migration began, avoiding the compatibility issues that typically stall AVD projects. The result was a stable, well documented environment with full runbooks handed over to the client's internal team.

 

 

 

We use PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API to cut down the manual, error-prone admin work that slows enterprise IT projects from tenant-wide SSO audits to repeatable deployment documentation.

Recent examples include a full CSV report of SSO-configured applications across an Entra ID tenant, built using read-only Graph API scopes, and structured runbooks for ZPA connector configuration and per-user data migration designed so client teams can take over environments confidently after handover.

It's practical scripting in service of delivery, not a separate discipline  automation woven into the AVD, packaging, and Zero Trust work we already do.
